Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what poggy.app, run by Poggy ("we", "us"), collects when you use it, why, and who else handles it. By using the Site you agree to what is described here.
1. What we collect
1.1 When you browse
Our web server records standard request data (IP address, browser, the page asked for, the time). We use Google Analytics to understand how the store is used, which sets its own cookies and receives your browser's details and the pages you visit, including store events such as viewing a script, adding it to the basket and completing a purchase.
1.2 Cookies
- A session cookie (for poggy.app only) that holds your basket, your sign-in and security tokens. It lasts up to 30 days from your last visit.
- A browser-confirmation cookie (
pt_device) used by Poggy Tickets so a community can require that its staff desk opens only in a browser confirmed from the game. It is random, cannot be read by page scripts, and lasts up to 400 days. The relay stores only a hash of it. - Google Analytics cookies, as above.
1.3 When you sign in
- Discord (store only): your Discord id and name, so subscriptions can be licensed to your account and your licences listed. We do not ask Discord for your email.
- Cfx.re (store checkout, Poggy Tickets and ban appeals): Tebex tells us your Cfx.re account id and name after you sign in with it.
1.4 When you buy
Tebex runs the checkout and sends us a record of each purchase: what was bought, the price, your Cfx.re account, your Discord account if you were signed in, your email address and your country. We keep these records to deliver and support licences. Recent-purchase notices on the store show only the script, the country and how long ago, never a name or an email.
1.5 Poggy Tickets and ban appeals
When a server bans someone for cheating, it sends the ban network a scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) copy of that player's game identifiers and its own player count; no name, reason, IP address or raw identifier. Signing in on /appeal tells us your Cfx.re account id for the length of your visit so we can look up your own count; we do not store it. If you appeal to a community, or read and write tickets on /tickets, your Cfx.re name and account id and what you write are passed to that community's staff through our relay. Appeals are held on the relay while open and for seven days after they close.
2. How we use it
- To run the store, deliver licences and give support
- To carry tickets and appeals between players and a server's staff
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it
- To keep the Site and its users safe, and to meet legal obligations
3. Who else handles it
We do not sell or rent your data. It is handled by the services the Site is built on: Tebex (checkout and the Cfx.re sign-in), Cfx.re, Discord, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare (which hosts the ticket relay and the ban network). Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and abuse.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though the basket and sign-in will not work without the session cookie. To exercise a right, contact us (below).
6. International Users
The Site is operated from the Philippines, and the services above may process data in other countries. By using the Site you accept that your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
