Terms of Service

Welcome to poggy.app (the "Site"), run by Poggy ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") set the rules for using the Site. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What the Site does

• The Poggy Scripts store: information about our RedM scripts, and a basket that checks out through Tebex.
• Poggy Tickets in a browser: players and staff on game servers that run Poggy Tickets can read and answer their tickets.
• Ban appeals: players can see which servers on the Poggy ban network banned them, and appeal.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Site.

3. Purchases and licences

Checkout, payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Tebex, under the terms shown at checkout. Licences for our scripts are tied to the Cfx.re account you sign in with at checkout, and subscriptions to the Discord account you sign in with here. A licence lets you run the script on your own game servers; it does not let you resell, share or publish the script or its code.

4. Tickets and appeals

Game servers decide their own tickets and bans. We carry messages between players and a server's staff; we do not judge tickets, bans or appeals, and we cannot lift a ban for you. What you write in a ticket or an appeal is passed to that server's staff.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for illegal, harmful or malicious purposes
• Use tickets or appeals to harass, threaten or defame anyone
• Attempt to exploit, disrupt or interfere with the Site's functionality or security
• Violate any applicable local, national or international law
• Use automated scripts, bots or other means to extract data from the Site

6. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Tebex (checkout), Cfx.re (sign-in, through Tebex), Discord (sign-in and support) and Google Analytics. They process data under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will run without interruption or errors, or be free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Poggy, its owners, affiliates and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

9. Modifications and Termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may restrict or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it informally. If that fails, disputes go exclusively to the competent courts of the Philippines.
